What We Include

We include all staff and servers needed to reliably care of you and your guests. 

John Mason Catering provides the following items and services:

• China plates, silverware, linen napkins (in your choice of color)
  
• One white linen cloth per table (tables seat 6 - 10 guests depending upon size, additional cloths available for $5.00 each)
  
• White silky clothes to floor with white linen toppers for buffet and beverage tables
  
• Black 12 oz bowls for salads and black plastic 6" plates for dessert
  
• Footed plastic coffee cups with handles
  
• Clear 12 oz plastic glasses for iced tea
  
• Stainless and glass and pepper shakers on all guest tables
  
• Chaffing dishes and all utensils needed to serve food
• Fancy stainless steel samovers for coffee and iced tea
  
  For Buffet Service:
  
• Caterer will set up beverage table and assist guests with beverages.
  
• Caterer will serve salads(excluding luncheon buffet), assist guest through buffet
  line, clear tables and serve dessert.
  
  For Sit-down Service:
  
• Caterer will serve salads, Dinner entree, clear tables, and serve desert.
  
• Caterer will place on each table: Butter dish, Bread baskets, Fresh cut lemon, Coffee creamers, Sugar & sweet low caddies, Hot coffee servers, and iced tea pitchers.

Prices do not include:

• 20% service
• 6.5% sales tax
• 10% Outdoor or outside of Hernando County Events

Complete china service (including china cups & saucers, glass salad & dessert plates and glass iced tea glasses) are available for a surcharge of $2.50 per person. For glass wine or champagne glasses add $.50 per glass.
