PACKAGES

For Buffet Service:
Caterer will set up a beverage table and assist guests with beverages.
Caterer will serve salads (excluding luncheon buffet), assist guest through buffet line, clear tables and serve dessert.

For Sit-Down Service:
Caterer will serve salads, dinner entree, clear tables and serve dessert.
Caterer will place on each table: butter dish, bread baskets, fresh cut lemon, coffee creamers, sugar and sweet & low caddies, coffee hot servers and iced tea pitchers.
