John Mason Catering is a full-service caterer. Our prices include all staff and
servers needed to reliably take care of you and your guests. We cover all the
guest tables with white linen table cloths and provide linen napkins for each of
your guests. Our plates are real china and our flatware is real stainless steel. We
do not charge extra for equipment. We also carry all required State licenses,
insurance and workman's compensation, which ensures your protection. As
you are searching for a caterer, please keep in mind some caterers have
additional charges for service personnel, linens, equipment, etc.

Enclosed is our menu package. If you have something in mind that you do not
see on the menu, please feel free to ask. We work on a first come, first served
basis. A deposit of $250.00 is required to secure your event date. We
typically book up to one year in advance and your deposit guarentees your
date of choice. We accept cash, checks, master card and visa.

Did you know that John Mason catering is the only caterer (not restaurant) in
Hernando County with it's own commercial kitchen. We have a well trained
professional staff to ensure the success of your special event. We also have
a professional event planner on staff to help you coordinate all of those
little details.
